For our Client from Real Estate area located in the center of Warsaw - we are looking for: D&T Senior Business Analyst. This person will be responsible for the following tasks: preparing a complex business analysis and presentation for a strategic and operational decision-making process, participate in an international corporate teams cooperation, communicate with Business Leadership, business users and local teams across multiple geographies to define business processes, identifying, challenging and documenting requirements in a clear and concise manner, increasing speed to market of solution delivery and where feasible - seeking opportunities to standardize business projects and providing many solutions and confronting the assumptions, primary sourcing of knowledge and the best practices for business customers within Europe.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:

• at least 8-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT implementation projects;
• experience in Customer Relationship Management;
• experience in Salesforce platform - will be a strong asset;
• knowledge of English - level min. C1 (written and spoken);
• strong interpersonal, documentation and presentation skills;
• corporate maturity, who can speak with business;
• ability to providing many solutions, confronting the assumptions;
• ability to work from home (high self-motivation);
• problem-solving and analytical skills;
• work under pressure;
• irrepressible, determined person;
• experience in real estate area - will be an asset.
