For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Documentation Specialist.
Your new role
Your role is to facilitate a high quality in Global IT’s documentation practice and help build a strong compliance and application unit focusing on support in audits and inspections, preparing reports, answering inspectors queries, as well as document management – approval, release, documents review. Moreover, you will be responsible for contract Management for GIT, supporting administrative tasks in GIT and training and coordination for GIT. Additionally, Problem Management; Failure Investigations, Deviation Management and CAPA as well as Change Management.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate has experience in working with technical documentation, trainings management, had a chance to present data in a front of a wide audience. Openness for travelling will be highly appreciated. Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must. You should also have experience with Windows 10 or newer technology, MS Office 2010 and - ideally - Office 365.
