We need reinforcement to achieve our ambitious goals. We are looking for a colleague to join the Distribution and Accumulation Team, part of the Tax Division at the earliest possible opportunity.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• The preparation of the statement of operations under investment law, including the appropriation of the fund’s income, in accordance with German, Luxembourg and Austrian law (UI products);
• Coordination of the use of income from UI products with investors or fund initiators and instructing distributions and reinvestments;
• Determination of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of UI products;
• Collaboration in the implementation of legal and supervisory requirements;
• Further development and improvement of processes
- To increase efficiency;
- To minimise risk.
What you offer:
• Business management or commercial background;
• Ideally a degree in economics or a comparable education;
• Several years of experience in a similar position (ideally with a KVG);
• Ideally, knowledge of the Xentis fund administration software from Profidata;
• Good English language skills;
• Good German language skills.
