The successful Director (Order to Cash) will have the unique opportunity to join a Shared Service Center, which is at the exciting stage of building its structures in Warsaw and will have vast exposure to project management as well as influence on the Shared Service Center development strategy.

Our Client is an innovative multinational pharmaceutical company, which has decided to create their Shared Service Center in Warsaw.

Description

  • Management and team development of Order to Cash teams (50+ FTEs)
  • Overseeing global Order-to-Cash service delivery with responsibility for execution and compliance of the OTC processes
  • Appropriate resource allocation and organizational design
  • Developing an effective operational excellence / continuous improvement culture across the OTC teams in line with the overall strategy of the Shared Service Center
  • Actively involved in leading process improvement initiatives and coordinating implementations
  • Leading a culture of strong engagement within the OTC department by being an approachable and supportive leader of the organization
  • Maximizing employee engagement and ensuring employees are appropriately supported and valued by their management teams
  • Playing a key role inn client/customer escalations for resolution of significant operational issues
  • Holding the role of a business partner for the OTC teams globally, liaising with Quality functions
  • Close cooperation with OTC Global Process Owners to drive improvement in the global processes
  • Reporting directly to General Manager

Profile

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience within SSC structures and at least 3 years in senior leadership
  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end OTC process, including Customer Service, Credit Management, Customer Master Data, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, Accounts Receivable Management
  • Fluency in other European languages apart from English is an asset
  • A proven track record of successful people management / development with strong team building relationship skills
  • A performance driven individual, seeking and acting on results
  • High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural environment, excellent communication and relationship skills is essential
  • Ability to influence and establish credibility, trust with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ability to complete assigned projects and meet defined objectives and milestones
  • Capable of problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Develop and deliver presentations and trainings
  • Independent forward thinker on process improvement
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an asset
