For our client we are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to manage the team, sales channel and lead generation.

Description

• You will take over the responsibility for managing the sales team (+20 people) and managing the sales channel for heat pumps and photovoltaic installations
• As Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, growing the sales team, forecasting & planning and managing the team in a CRM and metric driven environment
• Work with the marketing team for management of product, communications, updates/changes and phase in of new product lines
• Agreeing strategic sales targets
• Growing, motivating, and managing team

Profile

• Excellent management and sales skills
• 10 years sales experience
• Experience in building sales teams
• Experience in renewable energy not necessary but preferred

Job Offer

• The base salary is to 5K euro gross depending on experience
• Bonus 20% depending on performance
