Digital Product Specialist - remote
While working at the position of Digital Product Assistant, you will support key app and website product managers in their day-to-day projects.

- Support two product managers
- Provide editorial, creative & technical support to team members
- Support product managers with tracking analytics
- Minute taking in meetings internally and with agencies
Support in the klarify app
- Briefing in new content
- Support product manager in writing user stories to optimize the app experience
- Participate in weekly scaling huddles a
- Before releasing a new app version, testing thoroughly on iOS and Android
Supporting website journey
- Ensure high-quality implementation and delivery of website content and site personalization experiences
- Create new website pages & landing pages utilizing standardized sets of page templates, layout containers, components, and experiences (for desktop, mobile & tablet devices)
- Maintain and improve where necessary, web content workflow management system & processes
- Collect and analyze performance metrics
- Support the Digital Marketing Communications Manager, Digital Channels, in the definition and delivery of the website roadmap
Profile
- Proficiency with popular content management systems (e.g. Shopify, Loco, Contentful)
- Adept with technology and quick at learning new tech
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
- A keen eye for design consistency
- Ability to see from the perspective of a user and adjust experiences accordingly
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skill
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Open to digital transformation and ecommerce
