We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Digital Product Owner
Location: Kraków
The Product Owner assist in the gaining of insight into customer needs and champions customers preferences in order to direct the product vision of what Technology is to build.
Additionally, the Product Owner assists in the championing of the product with internal stakeholders and ensures that the product remains commercial.
Key Accountabilities:
Providing support in making and keeping the product a success – by ensuring that it offers a strong value proposition to the customers and users and that it creates the desired business benefits
Providing support in delivering value to the business, engaging with the customer to ensure the team is building the correct product
Providing support in articulating the product vision of what is to be built, and convey that vision to the Agile software development team
Supporting the design of large user stories (epics) which are broken down into smaller stories (product backlog), which is a prioritised features list for the product which is used by Agile Teams to develop technology solutions
Be aware of related industry trends, distilling this knowledge and sharing with the wider team
Participate in the promotion and communication of the product to the wider organisation
Interacts with and fully understands customers and their needs
Assists in communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities
Collaborates with the team to showcase the product to stakeholders
Requirements:
As Product Owner; owning all aspects of the product from initiation through to optimization (3 years +)
Excellent customer focus; Awareness of Agile methodology, customer behaviour, sourcing of customer insight and importance of customer testing
Excellent understanding of delivery frameworks particularly hands on experience of working in an Agile team
Commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
Strong collaboration and analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data
Strong decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and insight and understand the implications
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
Innovative – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
