DevOps Engineer

Location: Warsaw

For one of our Client in Warsaw, we are actively looking for DevOps Engineer

Responsibilites:

• Building solutions to improve infrastructure operations, enabling Client to run a lean organisation and automate as much as possible
• Designing new solutions to complex problems and executing defined work packages
• Writing to ensure solutions are well documented and simple to understand
• Building enhancements and fixes where necessary
• Working in an Agile team
• Running deep dive initiatives to help overcome major incidents, complex problems and/or realise opportunities
• Active participation in tech talks to educate and raise awareness about different topics, sharing new ideas
• Actively building and staying abreast of emerging technologies, guiding teams on how to interpret and best leverage the emerging technologies

Requiements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or simillar industry experience
• At least 2 years’ experience as a DevOps engineer
• Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD Pipelines
• Practical knowledge of packaging and deploying applications
• Experience with git (e.g. using tools such as GitHub)
• Kubernetes container-orchestration
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g. PaaS, IaaS, FaaS)
• Understanding DevOps lifecycle processes and supporting tools
• Experience working in an Agile team
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English 

Nice to Have Skills 

• Experience in designing and building technical solutions
• Experience within an infrastructure operations environment
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS
• Strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Familiar with Ansible automation
• Familiar with virtualization solutions (VMWare)
