Demand Planner - Planista Popytu - Hybrid (50/50)
This role is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, analysts, and other sources.

Description
- Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands
- Ensures knowledge transfer with preparation of training materials workshops for relevant sales team members.
- Analyze quantity and financial forecasts. Report of forecasts and demand KPIs.
- Coordinate the customer projects with supply planning.
- Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
- Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…) with relevant data analysis.
- Improve the forecasts accuracy (statistical models, software) with coordination actions and updates of the Supply Chain tool.
- Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
Profile
- 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain planning/forecasting role or similar
- BA/BS college degree or its equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Excellent Excell skills, exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)any additional language is a plus
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment focused on innovation.
