Delivery Programme Manager

We are looking for a leader to support the programme and portfolio management transformation agenda by ensuring that technology programs/projects are executed by company standards and ability to assess and measure the effectiveness of change and identify changes to solution design to improve effectiveness.
Main duties:
- Work with programme and project managers to review the project
- Identify gaps or issues together with recommendations and plans for remediation
- Check the progress against the defined milestones
- Ensure required quality assurance techniques are applied in practice
- Plan and execute periodic checks to ensure compliance to minimum standard
- Ensure that applicable technology controls are applied to projects
- Ensure programme outputs are in line with business case/needs
Required skills:
- Able to demonstrate experience in delivering large technology projects using the Agile methodology
- Experience of implementing a recovery plan on complex projects
- Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
- Strong analytical background
- Evidence of successfully managing financial plans
- Strong background in both Solution Architecture and Programme Architecture
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
