We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:


Delivery Lead

Location: Kraków



The Delivery Lead is directly accountable for delivery of digital product into the market. Focusing on optimising digital teams’ velocity and release activities by relentlessly champtioning agile/lean working practices, persistently driving blockers and impediments to a resolution and managing stakeholders.

The role holder will need to be an expert in practical application of lean/agile delivery frameworks, highly experienced in software delivery and working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsible for organising and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering digital products and large scale programmes that provide exceptional business value to customers, they will:


Key Accountabilities:

Lead and manage multiple large, highly visible, enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple cross functional teams using lean/agile methodology in a fast-paced environment that crosses multiple business divisions and requires coordination within a large and complex dependency network

Play a leadership role to help establish the appropriate people, process, and tools across teams distributed around the globe

Coach and support teams as needed to optimise flow

Work closely to support the Agile Project Managers, project managers, and market delivery leads with their team's development while removing blockers and impediment to accelerate E2E delivery; leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members

Champion agile and lean principles to reduce lead time of delivering product to markets while creating a culture of continuous improvement

Manage stakeholders expectations and working relationship with the teams with focus on transparency and collaboration

Support the teams in driving transformation initiates withing global digital organisation and local market



The Delivery Lead will be measured on the following operational KPI in addition to the leadership and mentoring accountabilities throughout the job description:

Reduction in lead time (backlog to production and production to customer release)

Reduction in teams impeded time

Dependancies met / not met and do not become blockers

Continous delivery of product to production vs target date

Continous delivery of product to customer release vs target date
