Description
Currently, we are looking for Defect Manager who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
Main tasks
The Defect Manager will be responsible for providing arbitration and defect process guidance on calls as well as defect administration, including initial triage of new defects and subsequent chasing down of resolution using HP Quality Centre / AML.
Produce regular structured reports from QC on a number of subjects such as testing progress, defect statuses, test burndown rates and so forth.
Chair daily defect conference calls in a structured manner, have the ability and confidence to challenge, and the commitment to follow through defect resolution to an acceptable outcome to both the programme and the Teams involved.
Those involved on the calls will include Test Manager/ Test Leads, IT Team Lead ; Business Analyst, Business Stakeholders.
Enforcing a strict code and discipline in order to ensure that the correct issues are addressed in a relatively quick period of time and with an agreeable outcome.
Requirements
Defect management experience
Experience with HPQC or ALM

Osoba, której dane dotyczą ma prawo dostępu do danych osobowych (w tym uzyskania kopii danych), ich sprostowania oraz – w zakresie wynikającym z przepisów – do usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania. Pracownik ma prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
W zakresie w jakim dane Osoby, której dotyczą są przetwarzane na podstawie zgody Osoba ta może dodatkowo skorzystać z poniższych praw: prawo do wycofania zgody w zakresie w jakim są przetwarzane na tej podstawie; prawo do przenoszenia danych osobowych, z tym że prawo to nie może niekorzystnie wpływać na prawa i wolności innych osób i będzie ono realizowane w zakresie technicznie możliwym.
Podanie danych jest dobrowolne jednak ich brak uniemożliwia przeprowadzenie rekrutacji. Każda zgoda może być wycofana w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
