Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the Cracow team as a Datacenter Engineer Tier 1.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- English min. C1
- Understanding and practical knowledge of networking/storage/virtualization/computing
What You Will Do:
- Participation in Data Center operations duties, active monitoring of customer’s environment and responding to the events in timely fashion
- Autonomously solve issues based on your knowledge and experience
- Provide support and input for IM/PM/CM processes, drive problem tickets to resolution
- Gathering and delivering data for further analysis
- Supporting Tier 2 engineers when dealing with complex issues
- Providing technical support during software deployment, new services implementation and architectural changes
