Database Administators - BRNO

These positions are focused on daily administrative and operational tasks of managing and supporting large databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2 / DBA, ...)

As MySQL Database Administrator your responsibilities will be:

- working directly on client databases

- 2nd / 3rd level support

- developing MySQL skills

- drive for certification and recognized qualifications in MySQL and other DB

technologies

As Oracle Database Administrator your responsibilities will be:

- installing, operating and maintaining complex centralised and distributed computer systems in a multi-vendor environment

- 2nd level support to customers’ infrastructure

- Oracle database installation, administration and support

- database and Index reorganization, user and rights administration

- Batch / Patch management , disks space administration, performance tuning

- backup / restore, systems tuning

Person Specification

- Must have: 2+ years MySQL / Oracle experience with strong relational databases

knowledge

- appropriate troubleshooting skills

- experience in a large database environments

- willingness to work for the top international company, learn & grow in knowledge

and career in the future

Location: Brno / Czech republic

Starting date: 1.Q. 2012
