Data Manager
On this position you will be responsible for creation of Data Management strategy for the company.

Our Client is and international company from Real Estate sector. For their developing structures we are looking for experienced candidate for the position of Data Manager/Associate Director.
Description
- Supporting the Management in the creation of data governance strategy, translating objectives into tactical implementation, execution of processes, tools, and organizational change
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and synergies in the area of data analytics
- Looking for new ways to improve existing data processes using actionable opportunities to increase efficiencies and enhance the customer experience
- Leading data transformation with guidance from the Regional Head of Data Management
- Designs and implements governance surrounding data requests, ensuring consistency in the request intake process and proper ownership
- Leading a team of data professionals both directly and as part of the matrix organization
- Providing technical guidance to data analyst regarding technologies and tools available for use within the company
- Collaboration with IT leaders (to evaluate and provide insight into IT solutions to support the transformation together with IT)
- Implementation of solid quality reporting and analyzing - to improve data quality
- Preparing presentations and perform follow-up activities in support of Data Management Group meetings
- Acting as a primary centralized point of contact
- Coordinating business collaboration across the enterprise
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a multinational, matrix organisation
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders
- Knowledge of at least some of mentioned technologies/tools: Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI
- Knowledge of Excel is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English- C1 level
