For our client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for Data Manager (Source, Flow, Usage).
Your new role
Holding this role, you will be responsible for data management related to Trusted Data Sourcing, Slows and Usage. Moreover, you will be in charge of the GB/ GF requirements related to data cataloguing capability and assuring that the functional design are in line with overall Group Data Management strategy and standards. In particular your job will require creation, elicitation and management of the backlog of requirements related to Trusted Data Sourcing, Flows and Usage Group Data Management Frameworks- including direct communication and advisory to internal stakeholders. Active engagement including direct communication to advisory to internal stakeholders to increase adoption of Group Frameworks will also be your duty. You will collaborate with other Data Management product owners in order to assure consistency of end2end Data Management capability. You will provide functional expertise and collaborate with GB’s and GF’s to determine their data sourcing, flow, usage demands through understanding of their use cases. Supporting the delivery of a holistic and integrated Group Data Management strategy will also be a part of your job.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires at least 5 years’ experience working in a data- related role, data management, data architecture or data engineering. Good knowledge and understanding of the power and value of data and an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs. Your experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and rationalising cross line of business and function priorities along with a strong influence and leadership skills to drive adoption of the Frameworks are also required. What is more, your ability to prioritise work, to set and manage objectives and ensure delivery of team objectives with time, budget and resources along with a proven strength in conceptual and logical thinking, sound judgement, sense of urgency are desired. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold fluent knowledge of English language.
