For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Data Consultant/Data Project Manager

Location: 100% remote or hybrid

Branch: life sciences, HBS (Human Biological Samples)

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Start date: ASAP/ 1 month / 2 months

Working hours: standard business hours

What will you do:

• Support analysis of inbound data from various internal & external stakeholders
• Develop simplified file format & structure
• Support in development of a single process for inbound data
• Manage the definition of requirements for robust privacy, legal, security, and ethical controls within a defined area of expertise
• Proactively Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors, Scientists, Data Stewards, SMEs, and Information Architects to support smooth project delivery
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to implement data quality frameworks and guidelines and uses influence to drive discussions
• Analysis of conceptual models, business glossaries, and ontologies
• Develop and manage execution of project plans for projects or programmes, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality and ensures tracking of the project delivering on time and on budget
• Provides support in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation and may also manage own smaller projects
• Assist in the initiation, coordination and analysis processes, projects and policy, and documentation preparation
• Effectively manage changes to project/programme scopes
• Establish relationships with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure their understanding and commitment to the project/programme objectives
• Provide support to the departments by gathering and analysing data in the establishment and/or maintenance of corporate business processes, procedures and policies
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and provide meeting/forum management support through to completion of assigned actions with stakeholders
• Ensure that business requirements are effectively captured
• Be responsible for effective tracking and reporting of project management information and highlighting and supporting resolution of areas of risk in project delivery

What we expect from you: 

• Min. 4 years of experience in running life science projects 
• Bachelor’s degree in data/technology/life sciences discipline 
• Experience of managing small projects/programmes or in a similar role
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
• Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with third party clinical suppliers
• Experience of working with data transfers and data manifests
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communications skills
• Proven team working skills
• Experience in leading small projects or/and supporting large projects/programmes
• Working knowledge of business processes and standards to  establish and maintain the efficiency and compliant deployment and use of new technology and digital tools for HBS from various sources like clinical trials, commercial etc.. 
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and templates that contribute to the development and maintenance of work products or/and change programmes
• English – min. C1
