For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations located in Kraków, we are currently searching for professional specialist interested in position of Data Architect.
Your new role
Working on this position you will responsible for providing leadership strategic thinking and architectural guidance in data projects and studies. You will implement the future state data architecture directions and also you will define and communicate commercially aware architecture designs for data solutions. Your duties will also include identifying operational and delivery risks. You will work closely with the project teams, and other stakeholders to meet the projects requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you must have 3-4 years of experience in designing data architecture preferably in the banking area. You should hold University degree in Computer Science/IT-related field. You should have knowledge of external data feeds, Data Modeling tools and methodologies. As a successful candidate you need to have good technical background in Big Data-related technologies (e.g. such tools and languages as SQL/HQL, PigLatin, Spark, Hive, HBase, Hadoop, Kafka) and in Data Warehouse/RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, Teradata, DB2, MSSQL, or MySQL). The knowledge of SDLC/Agile methods also is required. As you will work in international environment you need to speak fluent English.
