To support their growth, we are seeking to recruit an innovative and visionary Data Architect on the grade of Director - who will work on transformation projects across the globe - both remotely and via travelling to client locations.

Description
- Take part in complex and large scale transformations projects for clients worldwide
- Lead the Data Architecture efforts including shaping of data flow and data orchestration through technical consulting, technical solutions design, and technical operations design
- Map data architecture and propose optimal data architecture design within deals offered to clients
- Cooperate with database administrators and analysts to in relation to databases, data, evaluating requirements, and preparing design reports
- Partner with clients to gather necessary understanding of business objectives and processes
- Recommend technological solutions that fit the clients' needs, evaluate the impact of solutions against requirements
- Supervise projects teams by identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Preparing and managing the data orchestration and data integration strategy
- Work closely and build relationships with coworkers and key stakeholders within the client organization
- Take part in client pitches as an expert in data-related topics
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in data architecture
- Consulting background will be a very strong asset
- Alternatively - experience from working in-house on international transformation projects
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of data integration and design patterns with overall understanding of data architecture, master data management, data modelling
- Experience in working in international team where resources are spread across geographies and time zones
- Experience in running complex projects,
- Experience in working with global FMCG or retail companies will be a plus
- Experience working in large global environments
- Excellent organizational, analytically and problem solving skills
- Very good command of English
- Openness to travel
