Data and Analytics Solution Architect
New investor has decided to open Technology Hub in Krakow that will cover entire Group operations (from IT perspective). Business entities lie in Europe, hiring Managers are in abroad since it's totally first phase of building up the structures in Poland. On this position you will define and design the product architecture as well as advise during the implementation of new product solutions.

Overview
Define and design the product architecture as well as advise during the implementation of loyalty & ecommerce solutions . Build architectures that meet business demands based on analytics platform frameworks.
Key tasks:
- Together with the agile team builds a solution for the analytics component of the customer app by connecting, processing and providing data (e.g. receipt data) in real-time in a highly available environment - starting with requirement engineering until the go-live of the solution,
- Designs and applies concepts, architectures and processes taking given analytics frameworks into account,
- Is responsible to ensure solutions meet business needs and consults the business,
- Owns and decides on epics and/or features and supports to define roadmaps and timelines,
- Supports the development of epics and features and also develops own features,
- Ensures compatibility of interfaces between all analytics solutions,
- Acts as a sparring partner to the product owner,
- Works on future product solution.
Profile
Key technology stack: Azure Data Factory, Databricks
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computer science or professional work record,
- At least 4 years of experience in data modelling, analysis and optimizing big data pipelines,
- Hands-on experience in cloud data ecosystems,
- Experience with real-time analytics,
- Proven track record of delivering value from data. Experience in building robust, scalable, high-quality data products in an iterative way and integrating them into existing and new data pipelines,
- Analytic skills related to working with structured, semi-structured & unstructured datasets,
- Applied programming knowledge preferably Python - is nice to have,
- Leadership skills: value-oriented - motivating - supporting employee development,
- English - min. B2; German language skill is a plus.
