We are looking for experienced Data Analytics Lead who will support decision makers regarding to further development areas for organization.
Candidate's profile required:
- Previous experience in area of analytics in big organizations - Inhouse or as an external consultant,
- Good understanding of business processes and needs,
- Previous leadership experience, especially within creating new structures,
- Great knowledge of analytical and statistic tools,
- Command of ML algorithms and statistical methods and their implementation in Python using available frameworks (for example PyTorch, PuLP, Pyomo),
- Good knowledge of English, German will be additional big asset,
- High developed communication and presenting skills.
Scope of duties:
- Managing and supporting the team of Business Data Analysts,
- Supporting different departments of Company with decision making processes - pricing, investments, purchasing etc,
- Development of machine learning solutions,
- Taking part in continuous improvement projects,
- Preparing analyses and reporting to Senior Stakeholders within organization,
- Sharing the knowledge within teammates,
