Data Analyst(Product Governance)

Responsibilities:
- Implement overall data strategy across the product portfolio using the APM tool in service now
- Maintain the APM data dictionary that will add value and assist the product directors in achieving their goals
- Produce documentation such as application roadmaps pictorially to reflecting the long term view across the portfolio
- Rationalize data by differentiating between applications and component pieces of an application. Ensuring the data dictionary represents the opportunity for implementing that vision.
- Provide relevant knowledge to product directors and projects across the portfolio
- Maintain oversight of product portfolio, including knowledge of application licensing and support
- Mange incoming demand for new applications being entered into the system
- Manage the application scoring process within service now APM
- Manage the application verification process within APM
- Manage demand for data from the central repository
- To spot gaps in the data and implement a process to gather data and plug gaps.
- To work with Service now service team to implement a long term strategy on data collection and service mapping.
Requirements:
- English: min. B2/C1 (Product Governance will report to the Global Head of Product management)
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst/Product Governance role in a large international organizations
- Working knowledge of technology and product lifecycle best practices
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge about Configuration Management Database and "Service Now" tools
