HRO Recruitment is a specialist traditional recruitment business. HRO Recruitment is a brand of HRO Personnel Sp. z o. o. HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:


Data Analyst


Key Accountabilities:

Engagement with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Facilitate and co-ordinate all responses to requests from stakeholders, ensuring responses are complete and are consistent globally.

Analyze and propose solutions based on business requirements.

Working closely with Chief Data Officers, Data Architects and SMEs in order to maintain and improve the existing data structure.

Support and lead identification of data sources and obtain appropriate access.

Perform data extraction, aggregation, analysis and quality checking from multiple data sources using platforms such as SQL.

Documentation of data processing as well as creation of data dictionaries, metadata and data lineage documents.

Working with multiple work stream teams and breakdown requirements into rigorous levels of detail and translate business requirements for use by delivery teams.

Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.

Excellent communication, inter personal and negotiation skills.

Creation and maintenance of multiple asset types and data sets to support Data Management's key stakeholders.



Requirements (Must have):

Good understanding of English.

University graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 5+ years of professional experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with data analysis (data lineage, metadata, data quality and governance) and Data Modeling (conceptual, logical and physical) activities.

Fully proficient in Excel, SQL, VBA and other analytical tools and Visio.

Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution.

Ability to work and adapt to a fast paced and changeable environment.


Nice to have:

Experience in Jira/Confluence tools.

Database development support activities to implement data models.

Experience in Agile type methodologies will be an advantage.
