Job description:
- Client support,
- Monitorring issues in the system,
- Solving basic problems or forwaring them to propper team,
- Contacting clients in Czech/Slovak and English languae,
- Invoice processing
- Support vendor queries
- Participate in month end closing for PTP
We are looking for:
- people motivated to work in a team;
- people who know fluent Czech/Slovak (C1) and English(B1/B2);
- people with 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service/Accountancy/Voice Customer Care;
- people who want to work in Kraków, in a big and stable company.
