Customer Technology Support Specialist
For our Client an international logistic company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join IT Customer Solutions Team.

Position Summary:
- Providing quality support to external and internal EMEA customers
- Answering Customers' calls, replying to e-mails in order to solve any issue(s) they may experience
- Answering to escalations and informing Customers about correct processes
- Keeping Customers updated on the progress of an ongoing investigation/troubleshooting and its resolution
- Cooperating with developers and testing applications
- Participating in all internal trainings necessary to develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of products, technologies, and processes
What will help you to be successful in the role?
- Fluent English (C1)
- Knowledge of Dutch would be an asset.
- Experience in Customer Service related to IT environment.
- Good technical knowledge in IT and new technologies domains – Postman, SoapUI, restful API/ Webservices/API, CMD
- Excellent communication skills - ability to analyse, listen, and make recommendations (guide the Customer towards a satisfactory solution)
- Problem solving skills
