We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for our Poland office, a person responsible for on-boarding new clients, training existing clients, driving adoption within their organization and ensuring retention and account growth.
Your responsibilities would be:
• Serving as a communication front line for all Agrivi visitors and customers
• Providing reactive and proactive customer support through live chat, email and by phone
• Providing actionable insights to the sales department
• Creating demo accounts for the purpose of specific clients and/or sales team
• Conducting Intro calls (following Agrivi internal questioner) & Demo calls (according to customer needs and requirements)
• Conducting training sessions for Agrivi customers via web conference calls and or on-site if needed
• Testing of Agrivi solutions and Bugs reporting according to QA procedures
Requirements that we looking for are:
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer support or customer success
• Experience in SaaS company is a plus
• Agronomy background is a big plus
• Customer orientation and great communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English knowledge (B2)
• Additional language is a plus
• Polish native speaker
• Technical skills – experienced in support tools
• Driving licence B category
