Currently, for our client - FedEx, one of the largest transportation companies, we are looking for people who want to start their adventure with office work or would like to further develop in the area of customer service while taking care of the development of language skills.

What will you do at the position?
-Providing professional customer service in German
-Maintaining logistics and transport documentation
-Entering data into the system and checking its correctness
-Calculation of customs duties and transport fees

What do we require for this position?
-Very good knowledge of English min. B2 and German min. B2
-Highly developed communication skills
-Analytical skills
-Commitment to assigned tasks
-Willingness to develop
