For our client, an international logistics company, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with French.
Working on this position you will be responsible for telephone and email contact with the French-speaking clients. In your scope of duties will be also: verification of correctness of transportation documents in accordance with transportation law as well as regulations. Responsibilities also include cooperation with customs agencies and preparing final documentation for Customs clearance.
We are looking for candidates with very good knowledge of French and English (min. B2) as well as good, practical knowledge of MS Office. We are looking for people with high commitment and ability to independently carry out the tasks which are characterized by a very good organization of work.
