Our International Client is part of one of the world’s largest companies. Currently the teams are growing up and company is looking for new candidates with excellent English skills as a Customer Service. In this department you’ll be able to use and develop your skills and knowledge, while working as part of an innovative and collaborative team. The company offer innovate energy solutions in British homes like renewable electricity, gas, smart home, technology, etc.


Your responsibility :
-responding to customer inquiries via phone ( answering inbound calls)
- notify issues and making outbound contact
- resolve clients notifications
- work effectively to achieve KPI results
-readiness to work from the office in Kraków

Our requirements:
-fluent English, both speaking and writing C1/C2  is a must (contact with British Clients)
-experience in the office environment as Customer Service will be an asset
-confidence to manage issues professionally and calmly
-knowledge of technology area will be an asset but not necessary
