Currently, we are looking for a very professional and team orientated leader to supervise team work, develop its competences and to create work procedures for Operational Supply Chain. The multilanguages team will speak German, French, Spanish and English so ability to communicate in more than one of these languages is more than welcome.

Description

  • Leading the team and ensure they are delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Delivering customer driven targets, by ensuring the requirements of the clients are continuously met and exceeded
  • Continually striving for excellence by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal departments (sales managers, logistics, mill production planning) to deliver the optimum levels of customer service
  • Receiving, processing and confirming orders
  • Planning deliveries and follow-up of stocks
  • Invoicing and crediting
  • Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, credit limits, overdue payments, and taking action when needed
  • Maintaining customer related system data and price agreements
  • Review the procedures of the department, and ensure that due diligence is followed and is aligned with the SLA's

Profile

  • Experience in leading a team of customer service executives
  • Proven experience in customer service in a production company
  • Fluency in English any third European language (German, French, Spanish) will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, SAP R/3 sales receivables, Fenix)
  • Positive, proactive and customer focused attitude, ability to quickly analyze situations and solve problems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
  • Capability to expand thinking to end-to-end supply chain
  • Knowledge of containerboard business and related sales processes will be considered an advantage
