Customer Service Team Leader with German or French
Location: Kraków

After a morning coffee, you will be responsible for:
- Management of the day to day running of the Customer Service Offices,
- Management and mentoring team members,
- Supporting Customer Service and Sales Managers,
- Liaising with internal and external clients,
- Performance reviews and KPI’s reports,
- Ensuring high quality of Customer Service according to the company’s policies and procedures,
- Ensuring efficient and effective processes in areas impacting Customer Service,
- Implementing improvements and best practices,
- Participation in the additional administrative processes,
- Assisting Customers with invoice queries and escalations if necessary,
- Business meetings and visits to Customers – with minimum amount of travel,
- Building a company’s brand on the market while providing outstanding customer service.
Your profile:
- Proven experience on a position of a Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager,
- Proven experience in Customer Service area in the production sector – must have,
- Fluent command of English and one of the following: French OR German language (min. C1 level),
- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- Proactive and business oriented attitude,
- Readiness to work partly from the office in Kraków (after pandemic).
