Customer Service Support Officer
Location: Cracow
Key Accountabilities:
• Check and process all types of applications and transactions
• Follow the policies and procedures and make sure that all SLAs are adhered to
• Be responsible for correctness of work delivered and prevent operational losses through oversight and effective control
• Report all issues to LM in time
• Be a useful point of contact for Business Partner
• Instruction request are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken
• All instructions are timely indexed, worked and problems solved in order to satisfy the customer
• Provide high quality processing in accordance with SLA
• GSC’s Commercial Terms are adhered to
• Oversight of processing of customer applications
• Regular IT issues monitoring and review, IT escalation process adhered to
• Focus on elimination of issues
• EOD checking and FIM-based process control
Requirements:
• Analytical skills
• Well spoken and written Greek
• Medium spoken and written English
• Very good computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn quickly
• Time management skills and ability to prioritise
• Analytical skills and ability to take iniciative
