For our Client, international BPO company with office in Kraków, we are currently looking for Candidates with fluency in Italian who are open for new opportunities.
Your new role:
As a holding the position of Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for handling incoming calls / e-mails and finding the best solutions for queries from Customers. Also supporting Italian speakers Clients in a daily operations will be one of your responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for junior Candidates as well as experienced ones. You must be fluent in Italian (C2/C1 level) and also have capacity to communicate in English on daily basis because you will be working in an international environment.
