We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German who will join our client based in Poznań. The client offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders in the SAP system and manage customer data and pricing information in SAP.
- Handle customer complaints and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
- Process credit/debit notes related to bonuses, claims, and commissions.
- Coordinate product returns from customers or local warehouses, oversee customer consignment stocks.
- Enforce credit limits and follow collection procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order fulfillment, production, and other company departments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous, relevant experience in customer service, knowledge of the manufacturing environment will be a plus.
- SAP knowledge.
- Self-motivated, client-centric approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
