Customer Service Specialist with German-Logistics

For our Client, a leader in the consumer goods industry we are looking for candidates who speak German and English! You have a chance to join a team in Katowice in OtC department.

Your responsibilities:
  • Operational tasks related to order processing in the SAP system (Client provides SAP training)
  • Care for the correctness of data provided by customers, identification and explanation of possible discrepancies
  • Daily communication in German, ongoing response to customer inquiries to improve the quality of order handling
  • Systematic monitoring and resolving of inquiries regarding orders
  • Providing support to the company's clients in order to cash process
  • Monitoring the accuracy of the order processing process in order to achieve the assumed performance indicators

What you'll need to succeed
  • Very good command of German and English (at least B2+ level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service and Excel knowledge will be a big plus
