Customer Service Specialist with German-Logistics

For our Client, a leader in the consumer goods industry we are looking for candidates who speak German and English! You have a chance to join a team in Katowice in OtC department. Your responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
- Operational tasks related to order processing in the SAP system (Client provides SAP training)
- Care for the correctness of data provided by customers, identification and explanation of possible discrepancies
- Daily communication in German, ongoing response to customer inquiries to improve the quality of order handling
- Systematic monitoring and resolving of inquiries regarding orders
- Providing support to the company's clients in order to cash process
- Monitoring the accuracy of the order processing process in order to achieve the assumed performance indicators
What you'll get in return

- Previous experience in customer service and Excel knowledge will be a big plus
