Customer Service Specialist with German/French/Hungarian
Miejsce pracy: RzeszówTogether with our client, in connection with the expansion of structures and company development, we are looking for an employee who would like to join the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Place customers sales orders in a timely fashion and before order cut-off.
- Receive and handle complex customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organization’s products and/or services, enter and adjust orders and resolve questions and complaints within span of control.
- Handle all levels of complexity in orders (including export paperwork and certifications).
- Build customer relationships and serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers to clarify orders, provide technical guidance (where appropriate), and facilitate recurring or new orders.
- Assist with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities pertaining to shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities by reviewing reports, orders, shipments, and other information as required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at B2 level (and hight)
-Knowledge of German or French or Hungarian on at least B2 level
- 1-3 years of progressive customer service experience.
- High Customer Focus.
- Pro-active working style and support of the overall Team.
- Solution focused and positive mindset.
