We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join our client – a production company located in Poznań.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with existing contracts.
- Manage customer data and pricing information in SAP.
- Handle customer complaints and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
- Process credit/debit notes related to bonuses, claims, and commissions.
- Coordinate product returns from customers or local warehouses.
- Oversee customer consignment stocks.
- Enforce credit limits and follow collection procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order fulfillment, production, and other company departments.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP knowledge will be an asset.
- Import/Export knowledge.
- Self-motivated.
- Fluent English.
