For our client – global company specializing in electricity & smart home technology we are looking for candidates who will join the team in Cracow on a position of Customer Service Specialist with English.

In this role you will be consistently demonstrating excellent customer service, through effective handling of web chat and inbound/outbound call handling and query resolution. You will be mostly in contact with representatives from UK market and will have the chance to create the process and customer experience from the very beginning.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English skills (at least C1 level).Also if you are comfortable with working in dynamic and fast-changing environment team player with a positive and flexible approach – this job is for you!

In return you’ll be part of an international team, with strong expertise and great atmosphere. You will receive competitive salary and benefits package as well.
