Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via our in-app live chat, resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be collaborating with other teams to tackle any customers' issues.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other European Language will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
