Our Client is an international company with its Business Centre located in the heart of Cracow. Currently the teams are growing and we are looking for dynamic and energetic professionals who will join marketing / digital supportdepartment.

On this position you will be mainly responsible for providing customer support via social media and digital platformsas well as answer to incoming queries related with the company industry. You will advise on the Internet website usage as well as suggest any improvements in current processes together with ensuring highest quality of the customer care.

We are looking for graduates / junior professionalswho speak fluently English (C1 level) and present positive approach with excellent communication skills. Previous experience is not required, however will be considered as an asset in more senior roles.
