Customer Service Senior Specialist
The purpose of the position is to manage and optimize the relationships with customers inside and outside the company.

Our Client is a international printing company, one of the leaders in its industry.
Description
- Customer service within the framework of and in accordance with the executed contracts and maintenance and development of good relations with the company's customers
- Order processing, preparation for transfer to production (in-house and/or internal and external outsourcing)
- Perform all administrative work, and data maintenance, to ensure accurate order output.
- Manage shipments of goods & products based on agreed requirement and product availability: liaise with the productions plants, the freight forwarders / carriers and customers. Deliver the agreed quantity of goods to the final destination timely.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service in international company
- Experience in a printing company - a necessary condition
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
- Fluency in English - a necessary condition
