Customer Service Representative with Portuguese and Spanish
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey responsibilities:
- receiving, processing and responding to customer queries and orders (sent electronically, by phone or via the internal IT system)
- provide necessary information on product availability, prices and delivery schedules
- suggesting tailored solutions and products for customers
- serves as a communication link between clients and the rest of the organization to ensure rapid response
- monitoring supply, responding to problem situations and taking action to accelerate delivery
- supporting other team members in their work, transferring knowledge, training junior employees of the department
Qualifications and education:
- fluent Spanish and Portuguese (Portuguese)
- communicative English
- degree in economics, communication and social sciences - is a plus
Skills / experience / knowledge:
- strong customer focus, willingness to support the customer and tailoring solutions
- experience in customer service environments; sales / marketing - is a plus.
- professional attitude to everyday professional duties, meticulousness; developed communication skills and willingness to work in a group
- good operational knowledge of SAP, SFA and CRM tools
