Our Client, an international production company is now looking for German-speakers to join their new Customer Service Team! They are looking for individuals with various levels of experience - previous corporate experience is not required!

Our Client is an international company famous for their high-quality products. They are currently building a new Customer Care Team in Warsaw, which will be responsible for their foreign units (German-speaking countries).

Opis stanowiska

• Monitor and ensure customer commitments on stock, logistics, and order status
• Address and resolve customer requests and claims
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
• Enhance understanding of work flow and transmission modes for improved data quality
• Familiarise with the customer's organisation (Power map) for effective measures
• Ensure regular communication of forecast feasibility
• Suggest process improvements to expedite digitisation
• Track and share observations on internal and external KPIs
• Contribute to improvements in collaboration with partners
• Participate in strategic planning for selected clients

• Communication skills - effectively articulating thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.

• Fluency in English and German
