- For our client, a world leader in healthy lifestyle and beauty products, we are looking for Customer Service Representative in contact center located in Cracow. Recruitment is related to the development of the company, and the person on this position will be responsible for supporting distributors - incoming phones only.
Description
- Supporting customers in their business needs over phone and e-mail
- Process customers' requests and updating data in systems
- Receiving and responding to inquires related to products, promotions, orders, payments etc.
- Supporting with Sales and Marketing Plan implementation
- Assist other team members to influence and develop their capabilities
- Supporting ad-hoc projects in various departments
- Creating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction
Profile
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- First working experience would be an asset
- Enthusiastic, communicative approach and willingness to support our customers
- Courage to face new challenges and opportunities
- Knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work within a dynamic, international team environment,
- A great approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
