For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Customer Service Operations Manager.

Within this position you will be responsible for the overall management of customer service department – 70-80 FTE's. You will be monitoring operational performance, ensuring that all procedures and policies are followed and SLA’s are adhered. You will be responsible for process improvement and optimization initiatives. You will be recruiting, mentoring and leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.

We are looking for Candidates with solid experience in a managerial position in customer service environment.We are looking for candidates with great English skills – C1/C2 as you will be working with UK market. Ideal Candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as leadership skills.
