For our Client, we are looking for candidates, who’d like to join their team as a Customer Service Officer!
Your new role
You will be responsible for resolving more complex customers’ queries which are forwarded by the Call Centre team. Your scope of responsibilities will be wide- it will include data management, reporting, contacting vendors, opening/ closing clients’ accounts and working with the system. The back office role doesn't include a direct contact with the customer- all of the cases are being resolved via e-mails.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new role, you should be speaking German fluently (B2 level is a must), have excellent communication skills and be familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). An experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a must.
