Customer Service Coordinator (Regionar Role)
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day order management processes. His/her role is to provide support to customers, partners and suppliers located in Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary.

Our Client is a worldwide known, international manufacturer of professional cleaning solutions.
Description
- Co-ordinate and maintain sales order entry processing function in SAP orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
- Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
- Provide support to Marketing Team with timely responses to enquiries
- Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries
- Participate in regular business reviews and conference calls
- Liaising with Distribution, Manufacturing and Warehouse in Poland to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
- Maintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
- Maintain accurate and organised customer files
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
Profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service and order management
- Good understanding of MS Office and experience in using SAP
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Hungarian and/or Czech language will be an asset
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
- Ability to deal with daily customer communications
- Openness and teamwork spirit
