For our Client located in Krakow we are currently looking for candidates, who would like to join their team in Customer Service Department.
Working as a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to customers from USA via email and telephone. In your scope of duties will be also: preparing documentation to clients, updating database, preparing reports for management and ensuring smooth flow on information. Working schedule – late shifts (14:00 – 22:00).
We are looking for fluent English speakers (min. B2) which have at least one year of experience in customer service environment and excellent communication skills. Financial background will be an asset.
