Your duties will include providing customers with a friendly and professional service, assisting and helping them going through their queries and fulfilling their needs, keeping databases up-to-date and administration actions .
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with advanced English and communication skills - both verbal and written (C1/C2), demonstrated experience in a customer service position (at least 1 year), being a fast learner type of person, capable of working in a dynamic environment and with technical mindset .
