For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with German.

Within this position you will be responsible for providing support to customers via phone and email, investigating cases and getting back to customers with solutions, building and maintaining good relationships with customers. You will be organizing employee benefits for clients and advising customers how to manage them.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and German – C1 level. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset, but is not required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
